Vehicle shopping can be extremely challenging for us older women, simply because we are less able to deal with the rapid style of 'bot' computorised question / answer technology car sale outlets use in their initial connect with clients, and so we phone or just give up. But when I phoned Te Rapa Wholesale Cars a little after hours, my call was warmly answered by Salesman (Jacob), who not only expressed understanding, but who also offered to meet me on site the following morning and show me a vehicle (or two) that might just suit. So we'll done Te Rapa Wholesale Vehicles for having down to Earth sales personel (like Jacob) on site. Sales people who are prepared to go the extra distance to help customers find a vehicle that suits. Alongside a 'shout out' to the lovely hard working office lady who puts the purchase package together (Makere Griffiths). For us, you both were definate standouts.

The salesmen were friendly, gave me a good run down on the car, had jelly beans in the car & was handed the keys 2mins upon my arrival!!! Super happy with my car!!

But as Jacob said, it’s always good to support our local businesses — which I usually do — so I decided to check them out instead. I’m so glad I did! Jacob was amazing and supportive throughout the whole process, taking the time to let us test drive vehicles and patiently answering all our questions. He was professional, polite, and never pushy — just genuine and knowledgeable in his mahi. The paperwork was easy, payments were affordable, and the overall service was fast and efficient. Both Jacob and the team provided hands-down excellent customer service, making purchasing my vehicle such a smooth and enjoyable experience.
