Staff let me browse first and then helped when I found cars that I was interested in. Danny gave good comments and advice but didn't put any pressure on me. Service was prompt and efficient. Absolutely brilliant service. We walked in quite close to the end of the day, yet Andy was able to to ask a few quick questions and find us some options pretty much straight away (and there were a *lot* of cars to choose from). He knew all of the info that we wanted offhand, and he was able to answer every single one of our questions. We went from looking lost, to the office filling out paperwork, all within 30 minutes. We never felt rushed, and he didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't want (or need). Brett in the office was super helpful as well, and took the time to explain all of the paperwork to us, as well as the insurance and warranty options that we asked about. We were there for maybe 45 minutes, and came out with a pristine car that has zero faults, looks amazing (they even buffed the headlights for us), and they even followed up with us a week later to see how we're finding it. 10/10 we will absolutely be straight back here when we replace our other car in a few months. If you want a vehicle - come here first.
